Emmitt’s Las Vegas Finalizes World-Class Culinary Team Led by Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz

LA VEGAS, August 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Emmitt’s Vegas at the Fashion Show Las Vegas rounded out its roster of chef-led culinary experts Rainer Schwarz who has provided award-winning culinary direction to some of the best restaurants in California for over 30 years. Schwarz is joined by the chef Sean Rainaldiwho brings over 15 years of experience working in a range of remarkable kitchens.

Having worked for some of the most renowned chefs in the culinary industry, Chef Sean Rainaldi served as Executive Chef for Chef Wolfgang WasherChief Bobby Flayand cook Michael Richard. Chef Rainaldi’s previous role as Corporate Executive Chef for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide further cemented his reputation as an unstoppable force in delivering a first-class dining experience to every guest in his restaurants.

Their menus will include only the finest ingredients, and Emmitt’s Restaurant and Trilogy Group F&B are thrilled to add Melissa’s Produce to their list of suppliers, which joins suppliers like US Foods. Melissa’s has a strong list of sports-related partnerships, including So-Fi and Dodger Stadiums at Los Angelesas well as Allegiant Stadium and the T-Mobile area at Vegas, making it a natural fit for Emmitt’s. Additionally, the steakhouse and event space will collaborate with Melissa’s Produce for watch parties, events and loyalty programs.
